River Architects' portfolio includes both Certified Passive House projects as well as LEED Certified projects. Both Passive House and LEED can be applied to any building style - our LEED Certified projects include single family residences, huge historic mansions, and manufacturing and hospitality facilities. And the benefits are incredible - the retrofit of the Sloan Estate eliminated the need for the owner to park an oil tanker on their property each winter!
