Buildings of Excellence Award

James Hartford, River Architects Principal, talks with Zack Semke from Passive House Accelerator, following the NYSERDA Buildings of Excellence Round Three Award announcement, about how he sees the future of Passive House in New York. River Architects' project The Bank Lofts was the recipient of an Early Design support award, which directly translates to supporting energy efficiency and sustainability improvements in a historic building in Richfield Springs NY. These changes will improve interior conditions for residents and tenants, and allow an important local landmark to live another 100 years.
