Shawangunk Passive Design Certified

We are proud to announce that our Shawangunk Passive project is officially Phius Design Certified! This important milestone ensures the project is designed to hit all the energy targets outlined by Phius’ climate-specific, cost-optimized standard.

The next step for the project is to undergo third-party quality assurance inspection, and once the results of the inspections are approved by Phius, the project will earn Phius Certification.
