CHINA POND FINISHING TOUCHES

We’re in the home stretch of our China Pond Passive project! Millwork is in, decorative lighting and hardware are being installed, and the homeowners are poised to move in.

We adore the kitchen, which has epic views across the pond, but the interior views are sublime, too. The kitchen cabinets feature white oak in a super white finish and the larder wall contrasts in a deep and moody green.

The interior of the coffee pantry is a quiet moment of contrast, returning to the super white finish for a burst of good morning energy. We have packed this wall with custom features, including a lift-up counter for a mixer and a freezer drawer that self closes when not in use. Hardware has been selected - watch this space to see what a difference those finishing touches can make.

Downstairs the vibe is decidedly fun, with warm wood finishes and deep red accents. Functional, whimsical, easy to maintain, and ready for a busy family.
